Serious injuries in A158 accident - Update

Four people were injured when a car crashed on the A158 at Wragby on Friday.

The collision, shortly after 3pm, involved the four occupants of a silver Mazda Takuya.

The two most seriously injured, a woman aged 56 and a man aged 51, both from Barnsley, were passengers in the car. The man was airlifted to Hull Royal Infirmary and woman was taken to Lincoln County Hospital.

The driver, a 47 year-old man, and a 26 year-old male passenger, both also from Barnsley, were treated at LCH for less serious injuries.

The road was reopened around 6pm.
