RNLI hoping second-time luck for charity car wash
The Skegness RNLI crew will be keeping their fingers-crossed that the weather behaves this weekend, after announcing a date for their rescheduled charity car wash.
The original event, which would have taken place last Saturday, had to be called off due to snow and ice.
But locals will get a second chance to get their cars washed for charity this Saturday (February 2) instead.
Motorists are invited to have their cars washed at the lifeboat station on Tower Esplanade, Skegness between 9am and 5pm with a suggested £5 minimum donation, including free tea and soup.
