The Elms Golf Centre has teamed up with your Standard to offer our readers a fab giveaway - and the chance to win a cracking golf prize too.

Simply cut out the voucher in this week’s edition of the Standard and hand it in at the Elms Golf Centre to receive a free bucket of balls worth £2.50 for use at the centre’s driving range.

Every voucher handed over will also be entered into a competition to win a six month membership, worth £90, for the centre’s nine-hole golf course.

The Elms, which is located at Croft Bank, Croft (PE24 4AW) is a popular destination with local golf enthusiasts and those simply looking for good food at good prices.

“If you are looking to play golf in lovely surroundings without breaking the bank our course offers a great value membership of just £160 for 12 months, or £90 for six months,” said the centre’s Peter Cole.

“You can also enjoy a 12 month joint membership (husband/wife) for £280, or £160 for six months.

“We also offer golf tuition for beginners and juniors, so if you’re looking to take up the sport then we’re the perfect venue - everyone is welcome,” he added.

The venue is open from 10am to 9.30pm six days a week and in summer-time it is open from 10am to 9.30pm seven days.

It also boasts a bistro serving top food from 8am onwards.

But members can come and use the golf course whenever the mood takes them, as the course is gated and members are all given keys to access it.

Those looking for a nice meal can take advantage of the bistro’s breakfasts or lunches - food is available all day every day.

The centre’s food is doing so well there are even plans to begin doing sandwich deliveries within the local area.
