PCSO Nigel Miller, from the Skegness Neighbourhood Policing team, said: “We have a strong working partnership with Waterloo Housing and having a base in the same building as the housing officers will enable us to provide a valuable service to the local community.

“A member of the Neighbourhood Policing Team will be available at the office at planned times and we encourage the public to call in to discuss any issues. Advice and information will also be available on a number of topics, such as home security, scams and frauds, Immobilise bike tagging, and general crime prevention”.

The office is accessed from Lancaster Avenue and opening dates and times will be displayed on the door, along with contact details for the on-duty officer. Opening times will also be advertised on Twitter, Facebook and Lincs Alert.
