Skegness Stadium is holding a special memorial event in memory of a racer.
Wayne Bourn, of Gipsey Bridge, was found in a car which went into a ditch in Antons Gowt on Friday.
Lincolnshire Police officially confirmed the name of the 32-year-old, of Cannister Lane on Tuesday.
Wayne was a stock car driver who competed at Skegness Stadium. The stadium will be holding an event in memory of him on Sunday (today), including a minute of applause.
Police were called to Leagate Road, Antons Gowt, at 8am on Friday after a car landed upside down in a water-filled ditch.
