Lincolnshire County Council heat poverty scheme ‘Responders to Warmth’ running again in 2013
The county council and its partners are again running the Responders To Warmth (R2W) scheme this winter.
Practical support such as handy-man services are available.
To be eligible, residents need to live in Lincolnshire, have a combined household income of less than £23,500, combined savings of less than £10,000, and suffer with a chronic, acute or long term illness or disability.
Alternatively they need to be in receipt of a state benefit including Child Tax Credit, Pensioner Credit or income support.
A helpline and website is up and running until April 2013.
To access the service, or for more information, call 0845 606 4566 or visit www.responderstowarmth.co.uk
