Freezing weather continues with heavy snow forecast for Sunday night
The Beast from the East continued to bite in the Skegness area on Sunday, with bitter winds whipping the sea into a churning maelstrom ahead of expected snowfalls overnight.
Temperatures barely rose above freezing, with wind chill making things feel well below zero.
The Met Office is warning of potentially heavy snowfall up the east coast of England overnight, raising fears that local commuters could face a difficult drive into work on Monday morning.
It is also thought the freezing temperatures could hang around for several more days at least.
