As part of East Lindsey District Council’s Responsible People Campaign local people can follow the work of Cleansing Teams through Twitter on July 25.
You will be able to find out what the Team does from 6am until 9pm in an attempt to keep the District free from litter, fly-tipping and dog fouling with real time updates.
Portfolio Holder for the Environment, Councillor Steve O’Dare, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the community to understand just what our teams are faced with on a daily basis from emptying litter bins and pressure washing streets to disposing of fly-tipped waste and surf-raking the beach.
“We work extremely hard to keep the District clean, and we hope that residents will support us by acting responsibly by properly disposing of their waste and cleaning up after their dogs.”
