Brian on target with weight plan
A MEMBER of the Alive & Kicking group and charity is on track with his sponsored weight-loss challenge.
As reported, (Standard August 29) Brian Phillips of Tarran Way, Skegness, set out on his journey at 29 stone 13 lbs and quickly lost 11-and-half pounds in just a few weeks.
He has since lost a considerable amount more though healthy eating and support at the Phoenix Gym. Anyone wishing to sponsor him and Alive & Kicking can do so by visiting http://www.justgiving.com/Brian-Phillips0
