Virtual gyms will be returning to rural communities across the district in a bid to improve fitness.
East Lindsey District Council has resumed its supervised fitness sessions at community halls in Ingoldmells, Spilsby and Wainfleet.
The sessions are hoped to encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle and will feature quality exercise equipment focusing on cardiovascular and strength development.
The sessions visit Ingoldmells Royal Arthur Centre from 10am to 11am on Mondays and Fridays; Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall from 10am to 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Spilsby Franklin Hall on Monday from 2pm to 3pm and Wednesday, 10am to 11am.
