Pressure checks
THE district council’s health team will be carrying out blood pressure checks next week, in support of Blood Pressure UK’s ‘Know your Numbers’ week.
The week starts on Monday, September 10 and the council will be giving out free health checks to make sure you know your most vital numbers.
“High blood pressure has no symptoms, so the only way you know you have it is by having a simple, free, painless blood pressure check,” said a spokesperson.
Blood pressure checks are being carried out by Health Trainers at the Salvation Army Hall, High Street, Skegness on Tuesday, September 11 from 12.30 to 3.30pm. For more information contact Tracey Brown on 01507 613442.
