Help keep hearts healthy

Volunteers have been sought to help local people access services that keep their hearts healthy.

Hearty Lives East Lindsey would like to hear from volunteers who can offer practical and emotional support to people in the Skegness area.

Hearty Lives coordinator, Debbie Parker, said:  “Understanding how we can keep our hearts healthy through diet, exercise and lifestyles can be difficult to put into practice and we are here to help people make the right decisions to give their heart a healthy start.”

Volunteers will be given free training and the opportunity to learn new skills as part of a supportive team.
