The New Era Gym on Heath Road Industrial Estate in Skegness has helped a group of students from the Skegness College of Vocational Training to improve their fitness.

The BTEC Level One sports group also plays in the Skegness Soccer Sixes Competition.

As part of their course they needed to follow a set plan and attempt to improve their overall fitness.

Owner Richard Crow allowed the students to sign up for three months in order to achieve this goal.

“Lee Johnston was always on standby to assist where needed in regards to exercise ideas and the safe use of gym equipment,” said a spokesperson.

“All the students enjoyed their time at the facility and some will be looking to continue their fitness development at the New Era Gym,” they added.
