A refreshing regular hot drink is being offered free to all the Standard readers for two weeks thanks to the generosity of The Hot Roast Company.

During the Standard’s relaunch weeks, choose either a cup of tea, coffee, latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate, which are normally worth between £1.10 and £1.65.

Readers have two weeks to take advantage of this special deal so don’t forget the voucher printed on page 22 of this week’s Standard and either sit in with your free drink and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, or take it away.

The Hot Roast Company opens at 9am every morning, serving a full breakfast menu including lighter bites such as toast, crumpets, bacon baps and egg on toast.

As well as the all day breakfast, a breakfast special is available until 11.30am for only £3.25, which includes a regular tea or coffee.

Those with larger appetites can treat themselves to the big breakfast which is £5.99 and is not for the faint-hearted!

Lunch time meals available include everything from soups, sandwiches and jacket potatoes with all the best fillings including, cheese, beans, pickle, coleslaw, tuna, spring onion and mayonnaise, prawns in marie rose sauce, chicken and bacon and chicken curry.

There’s also, homemade lasagne, chicken curry and lamb shank with mint gravy.

Of course the ‘famous’ hot roast baps are available everyday. They are freshly roasted and then carved to order.

Usual meats are roast leg of pork or silverside of beef which can be served with chips, mashed potato, baked potatoes or simply freshly laid into a bap or baguette.

A full children’s menu is also available, including the great value children’s lunch box for just £3.50.

There’s also daily specials such as toasted teacakes with any regular hot drink for only £2.50 and are still the best sellers for the company.

The Hot Roast Company is also very happy to welcome customers wishing to order drinks only and has seating both inside and out for customers to choose from.

There’s also a huge selection of drinks available to warm you up during the autumnal chill, including Tetley tea, black coffee, cappuccino, latte, hot chcocoate, the deluxe hot chocolate, bottled soft drinks, Fruit Shoot, pure orange juice, milk and bottle milkshake to choose from.
