Spilsby exam successes celebrated

STUDENTS and staff at King Edward VI Humanities College in Spilsby went out for a slap up meal recently to celebrate their success in November’s English and Maths GCSE.

There were many outstanding performances and 100 per cent of the year group achieved success in English and/or Maths.

“Celebrations took place at Little Italy in Spilsby where staff and students enjoyed a meal and a relaxing evening together,” said a spokesperson.

“The results represent a great deal of hard work in class, after college clubs, over weekends and holiday revision session,” they added.

Notable achievements included Rhiannon Morgan, who achieved Grade B in both English and Maths, and Bethany Stubbins, Rebecca Farmer and Ben Bateman who achieved Grade A in Maths.
