Students at King Edward VI Academy in Spilsby welcomed Commonwealth Games 2010 gold medallist Aaron Heading recently.
He won the gold for shooting in the Men’s Trap singles at the Delhi event. He spent the morning with them discussing his amazing career and displaying his shotgun and medals.
His interest in clay pigeon shooting started at an early age, spending time with his father who would take him along to shoots.
He secured a place in the GB Junior team at just 12-years-old. He has won World and European Championships.
