Parents of Year 7 students at King Edward VI Academy in Spilsby got the chance to sample the school lunch meny for themselves recently.
They joined their children for lunch and sampled the range of food. Some went for roast pork with all the trimmings while others opted for salads, baguettes and fresh fruit.
Principal Margaret Reeve was pleased to see so many parents enjoying the food and the atmosphere in the Spilsby academy’s cafeteria.
“It is an ideal opportunity to see how their children buy their lunch through the academy’s cashless system and to experience lunch time in Gino’s,” she said.
