Students at John Spendluffe Technology College celebrate after receiving their GCSE results.

STUDENTS at John Spendluffe Technology College achieved the best mathematics GCSE results in the school’s history.

Head teacher Steve Beverley was also pleased to announce that around three quarters of the students achieved five A*-C grades.

“All connected with the college should be proud of the students’ success,” he said.

“Once again our key success has been in academic GCSE qualifications.

“We wish to congratulate all of our students on their results and look forward to hearing about their future success.”

Particular praise was directed at Wesley Davie, Joshua Green, Charlotte Sanderson, Peter Lock, Molly Mae Hall, Michael Forman and Bradon Ellis-Cairns, who all achieved at least 12 passes at grade C or above.
