THE author of the gripping ‘Time Rider’ series visited Skegness Grammar School last week to talk about his books.
Alex Scarrow spoke of his life in a band in the 80s, then of his time as a computer games designer. He then spoke to pupils about how he moved on to create the ‘Time Rider’ saga, briefly outlining the process he went through in order to become an author.
He answered pupils’ questions and they were able to buy books, which he signed. Despite signing 100 books he ended the visit with a smile.
“The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the visit and were inspired to read more of his books,” said a school spokesperson.
