Quadring resident Sylvia Andrews is appealing to villagers to get in touch if they have lost a long haired, black cat.

A neutered but unchipped male, aged about two, appeared in her garden on November 3.

Sylvia said: “He’s very friendly, but not to my own three cats.”

She would like the owner to reclaim their pet by calling 01775 820163.
