TWO Skegness bartenders will put their festive good will to charitable use when they embark on a sponsored cycle ride for children with life-threatening illnesses.

Kris Chappelow, 24, and Josh Sumner, 21, will cycle from Hull to Skegness to raise money for the When You Wish Upon A Star charity on December 27.

The charitable cyclists, who are colleagues at Harvey’s Bar, Skegness, decided to undertake the 50 mile bike ride to do something for a worthy cause during the season of good will.

Kris said: “I’ve got two children and When You Wish Upon a A Star is a great cause, making dreams come true, so we hope people will support us.”

The duo also intend to arrange a fundraising event at Harvey’s Bar for the day of their arrival.
