UPDATE: Body of a man found on Christmas Day in Skegness
The body of dead man was found just before 9am by a dog walker on Christmas Day, Lincolnshire Police has now confirmed.
It was discovered in the bushes on the sand dunes along the beach from Seacroft Esplanade, Skegness.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances and attempts are still being made to identify the man.
Lincolnshire Police had previously, incorrectly, stated that there had been no incidents relating to the discovery of a body, but reports have now been confirmed with the Coroner’s Office.
