LINCOLNSHIRE Police are set to stop off in Skegness next week for the start of their summer community awareness roadshows.
Similar events were held last summer in a bid to highlight the positive results being achieved by the force.
The police said the activity achieved excellent feedback from members of the public and was successful at raising awareness of their work and responsibilities and increasing people’s confidence.
This year’s summer activity begins on Wednesday, July 13 at the Tesco superstore in Skegness from 9.30am to 4pm.
Staff will on hand to talk about their work.
Lincolnshire Police dog handlers and their charges will also be making a welcome appearance as will the Roads Policing Unit and the Force dive team.
Other attractions include a crash car simulator and a police liveried quad bike.
