Man charged with alleged disorderly conduct after car ‘cruise’ gathering in Skegness

A CHAPEL ST Leonards man was arrested on Saturday, June 30 for alleged disorderly conduct at a modified car gathering, or ‘cruise’, in Skegness that saw a number of vehicles gathered throughout the evening at the North Parade car park.

Benjamin Jan Kruklinski, 28, from South Road in Chapel St Leonards, was charged with alleged offences under the Public Order Act and will appear before Skegness Magistrates on July 17.

In addition to the arrest, officers issued a section 59 warning to a 25-year-old Grantham man for anti-social driving and issued a Fixed Penalty Notice for unnecessary noise.

The gathering dispersed at approximately 11.30pm.
