A driver has been charged with motoring offences after colliding with a 60-year-old woman in Ingoldmells, who was injured during the crash.

Ruby man David Paul was driving a black Vauxhall Signum, when he hit the pedestrian near the Moody Cow pub at 11.15am on Monday, causing her minor injuries.

Police have charged the 34-year-old motorist for driving without due care and attention and without a license or insurance. He has been bailed to appear before Skegness Magistrates on September 3.

Witnesses are asked to call the police on 101 quoting incident number 132 of August 12.
