Ban for Skegness drink-driving
A 35-year-old man was disqualified and fined after pleading guilty to drink driving in Lumley Road, at Skegness Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday.
Mr Jason John Hannah of Milford Crescent, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, was charged with having 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on April 28 while driving a Seat Ibiza.
Magistrates disqualified Hannah for 24 months, imposed a six month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work.
Hannah was offered a drink driving awareness court which if successfully completed, would reduce his disqualification to 18 months.
He was also given £85 costs.
