Skegness and Boston Salvation Army branches will join forces on Sunday, July 13 to march in Skegness.
Starting at 10am outside the Wilkinson’s store, Skegness, the Boston Salvation Army band will play in Skegness and will perform an open air session while marching down High Street towards the Skegness Salvation Army Hall.
At 1.45pm, the 25-person strong band will form outside the Beales department store on Lumley Road and will then March to Skegness’s Compass Gardens.
They will play out a concert there before marching back to Skegness’s Salvation Army Hall.
Doreen Garrill of Skegness Salvation Army said: “The Boston band are one of the best marching bands in Lincolnshire. We hope that people will come along to hear the band play and see them march and support the work of the Salvation Army.”
