Lives First Responders is the latest charity to receive a donation from the Skegness Community Church of the Nazarene.

The £160 donation was raised from the church’s Meeting Point charity shop.

Skegness coordinator for Lives First Responders, Trevor Burnham said: “We are very grateful for this donation from the Skegness Community Church of Nazarene. The donation from the church will go towards helping to find and train more responders in our area”.

The Rev Ian Banks, from the church, said: “We have supported many local charities since the shop opened with total donations now exceeded £4,360.”

The Meeting Point charity shop is open 9am-1pm Tuesdays and Thursdays at the County Hotel, Skegness.
