Chapel St Leonards is all set for an action packed carnival weekend.
Beginning on Saturday, the bumper double-day celebrations will have something for all generations throughout both days.
On the village green there will be a bouncy castle, Sumo suits face-painting and arts, crafts and confectionary stalls aplenty.
There will be vintage music from the ‘Shiny Stockings’ swing band and local Indie band Two Step. Vocalist Peter Sheridan will also perform and the Military Wives Lincolnshire Choir will be singing modern classics and Alford Silver Band will provide necessary pomp.
Lincs Got Talent 2012 winners Top Limitz dance troupe will wow the audience with their energetic routines and children’s entertainer Robert Rae will provide family entertainment for the little ones.
There will also be a baby show and dog show on Saturday and the traditional parade with judging at the rear of Happy Days, on Sunday from 10.30am. The procession starts at noon on South Road.
There will also be Mini Club, vintage cars, steam engines, dancers, floats and more.
On Saturday evening there will be evening fireworks with barbecue on the beach outside the Admiral Benbow pub.
