Butlins Conference and Events are inviting delegates to don their dancing shoes and join them for a conference meeting or event like no other.

World renowned street dance troupe, and former Britain’s Got Talent champions, Diversity are now available to hire at Butlins for once-in-a-lifetime team building experiences and they could be showing businesses how the dancing is done in Skegness very soon.

With a variety of classic street dance moves, adapted and devised with business teams in mind, the routines created and led by Diversity will be composed of energetic but simple street dance steps, teaching delegates an enjoyable routine set against a soundtrack of fun-filled, fast tempo music.

Ashley Banjo, Diversity’s head of choreography comments: “The sessions we have crafted are by no means meant to be daunting or intimidating; that is not the aim.

“Instead we wanted to create all incorporating classes that anyone can try no matter what their individual abilities may be. The goal is to build relationships through dance and ultimately to have a laugh with the people you see and work with every single day, outside of the sometimes stifled office environment. I cannot wait to see the CEOs in suits giving it all they’ve got.”

It is now widely accepted that team building activities can enable employees to function more effectively and that group physical exercise is an ideal tool to encourage delegates to bond and work together, as well as bring out the best in themselves and each other, a core proposition for Butlins Conference and Events.

This, combined with dance’s ability to release inhibitions and get people to enjoy themselves, makes Butlins and Diversity’s brand new offering a unique and hugely beneficial tool, that culminates in helping to improve productivity, increase motivation and encourage creativity.

Simon Jones National Sales Manager at Butlins Conference and Events said: “At Butlins we are always trying to think outside of that box to bring our delegates something new and exciting in this ever evolving marketplace.

“We are always looking for ways to change perceptions about where and how conferences should be held and we believe this new offering with Diversity helps to prove this.”

Butlins have three coastal resorts in Bognor Regis, Skegness and Minehead.
