Warmth scheme is relaunched
A scheme, which last winter helped hundreds of vulnerable people stay warm and healthy, has returned after receiving almost £250,000 in government grants.
Lincolnshire County Council and its partners reinstated their Responders To Warmth scheme last week giving practical support on handy-man services, insulation, heating repairs and other energy efficiency advice.
