A SKEGNESS store has joined forces with a major charity to ask for unwanted Christmas gifts.
Bonmarche on Lumley Road has teamed up with Macmillan Cancer Support for the unwanted gift appeal.
“Staff at Bonmarche would like to ask shoppers for their support in our latest fundraising initiative for Macmillan,” said a spokesperson for the store.
“As the UK’s leading value fashion store for real women we have taken on the challenge of collecting new or nearly new unwanted gifts to be used as raffle and tombola prizes in order to raise money for this very worthy cause,” they added.
All gifts in all shapes and sizes will be appreciated.
Money raised will go towards helping Macmillan improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
Bonmarche has supported Macmillan for more than 10 years, raising more than £2.1million in the process.
The collection of gifts will run until Sunday, January 22. Pop into the branch on Lumley Road with your donations.
