Skegness firm teams up with internet giant after helping other businesses succeed online

A small but innovative online marketing company in Skegness has won a lucrative partnership deal with the world’s most dominant internet company.

DP Online Marketing has been awarded Google partnership status after demonstrating its proficiency in helping businesses profit through online advertising.

Founding member Brett Dixon is delighted by the partnership, which has already helped expand its customer base dramatically.

He said: “For the world’s biggest search engine to trust a little company in Skeggy to represent them is a great accolade.

“It’s a really big deal for us and it’s already started to help - we received five new customers in the first week alone.”

Brett says the company has shown a proven track record in helping business to target the most relevant markets by capitalising on online trends - which Google is keen to support.

“It’s crucial for Google that its partners ensure companies advertising through them benefit from the service,” he said.

The company was set-up by Brett and his father Nige from their Skegness living room just two years ago, shortly after they were both made redundant.

It has already grown to become an employer and recently enjoyed prestigious recognition when it came runner-up at the UK Digital Entrepreneur Awards held in Manchester earlier this year.
