Retailers ‘interested’ in vacant Hildreds unit but no agreement reached yet
Retailers have expressed interest in the Hildreds Centre’s largest vacant unit, but nothing has yet been agreed, its owners have said.
New River Retail has promised to let its customers know as soon as a lease is agreed for the vacant unit which was occupied by the Co-operative supermarket before its departure in December.
A spokesperson said: “There has been interest in the available units at the Hildreds, however nothing has been agreed at this stage and in all cases when a lease is agreed with a new retailer we will let our shoppers know.”
