Georgian freehouse in Hogsthorpe goes on the market
The Saracen's Head in Hogsthorpe is on the market.
AN 18th century pub in Hogsthorpe has been placed on the market as a freehold freehouse.
Specialist pub and leisure agents Fleurets made the announcement about the Saracen’s Head recently.
And they have placed the pub (pictured) on the market for £225,000.
The property includes two bars, a dining room, catering kitchen, spacious three bedroom living quarters and a car park.
“In addition, there is a disused function room that, subject to planning, is suited for conversion to letting accommodation,” said a spokesperson.
“The Saracen’s Head occupies a prominent position in the centre of the village opposite the Parish church and faces the busy A52 coast road between Skegness and Sutton-on-Sea.
“It is within easy driving distance of the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Alford, Spilsby and Louth.”
Full details of the property can be downloaded from Fleurets’ website at www.fleurets.com or contact the agent direct on 01787 378050.
