The Northcote Heavy Horse Centre near Spilsby is set to hold its first open day of the new season on Easter Sunday (March 31).
The centre will then hold open days on April 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 and then every Wednesday thereafter.
“If you love animals and horses in particular then why not pay a visit to the Northcote Heavy Horse Centre this Easter,” said the centre’s Terena Bolam.
“It’s a great family day out. Whilst on your visit you can learn about the different breeds and why the horses live there as well as grooming the horses and seeing demonstrations.
“One of the new things for this year will be heavy horse plaiting demonstrations.
“There is also the lovely Hen’s Nest tea room where you can buy lunch and drinks, and in the afternoon there are wagon rides or demonstrations available for visitors to see and help with,” she added.
For more information call Terena on 07899 815960 /01754 830286 or visit www.northcotehorses.com.
