Youngsters from 1st Alford Brownies welcomed a member of Lincolnshire Police as part of work towards their crime prevention badges.
Pcso Kirsty Simpson, part of the neighbourhood policing team for Alford, spoke to the youngsters about internet crime, household crime, how to stay safe when out and about, and stranger danger.
The visit also saw the children, accompanied by leaders and some parents, carry out a leaflet drop of crime prevention details in the area.
On completion, Pcso Simpson presented all the children with a certificate.
In return, she received a Brownie 90th year celebration mug, a knitted Pcso, and a box of sweets.
The evening also saw the presentation of a number fun badges to a selection of Brownies.
