Two sought in vicious assault

Tuesday, 2.33pm - A MAN'S leg was broken in an assault after a dispute about a car in Sea Lane, Ingoldmells.
A 29-year-old Derbyshire man received serious head and leg injuries after being asssaulted by two men on Wednesday, August 6, between 10-10.30pm.


The men are believed to have damaged the victim's red Ford Focus which led to a dispute near the Hollywood bar.


The man was taken to the Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, for treatment.


Police are appealing for information about the attack in a bid to trace the attackers.


One is described as around 20 years old, white, 5ft 7in, of slim build, clean shaven with dark short hair and possibly wearing a dark jacket.


The other is around 20 years old, 5ft 10in, with darkish blond short hair, well built, wearing a dark t-shirt and bottoms.


The men fled in the direction of the beach past Joe's Beach Bar.
