Wednesday, 1.02pm - PUPILS and staff at Seathorne Primary School, Winthorpe, celebrated annual book week by getting dressed up as their favourite literary characters.
Normal activities at the school were put on hold for a few days as pupils took part in activities based on books and fiction.

A book fair raised £675 to spend on books for classrooms.

Head teacher Iain Cameron said: "The highlight of the week was probably the day when everybody came to school dressed as a fictional character. It is difficult to say who enjoyed it more, the children or the adults!"
