Friday, 12.09pm - A COVERT police operation led to the arrest and charging of a Skegness man for drugs offences.
Robert James Foggin, 49, of St Clement's Green, will be sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday.

Foggin pleaded guilty at Skegness Magistrates' Court to eight offences of supplying heroin and possession of amphetamine, heroin, diazepam and cannabis.

Foggin's arrest was the result of an extensive police operation known as Operation Jounce which was carried out between September 2007 and January this year.

It was an intelligence-led investigation, which involved the use of covert cameras.

It was the evidence collected by this and three police searches at Foggin's home which ultimately led to his arrest on January 31.
