Friday, 9.26am - THERE were two call outs over the weekend for HM Coastguard and Skegness lifeboat, but neither was serious.
On Friday, just before 10pm, the all-weather Lincolnshire poacher lifeboat was launched for the first time in more than three months.

An 8ft rowing boat was found adrift in the Roaring Middle of the Wash.

There was no one on board but the lifeboat was asked by the Coastguard to recover the boat and assess whether a search should be carried out.

There had been no missing person reports and there were no signs the boat had been occupied so it was agreed a search would not be needed.

On Sunday a jet ski with two people on-board broke down in the sea off the coast of Skegness just after 1pm.

The Coastguard asked the lifeboat to recover the craft and its occupants. They were brought safely to Jackson's Corner at Ingoldmells.
