Bungalow fire at Winthorpe

Wednesday, 11.16am - FIRE crews from Skegness and Wainfleet were called to a bungalow fire in Winthorpe at around 12.10am Wednesday.

A wheelie bin was completely burnt and there was severe damage to the roof of the bungalow in Winthorpe Way.

There was light damage to the rest of the bungalow.

Fire fighters had to wear breathing apparatus as they tackled the blaze.

They believe the cause to be carelessly discarded smoking materials.
