Sunday, 9am - BUDDING Skegness author Francis Greenwood is attempting to write his biography.
Mr Greenwood used to have a problem with alcoholism which led to his becoming homeless.

He lived at Witham Lodge, Skegness, which is a Salvation Army-led facility which helps homeless people get back on their feet and re-integrated into society.

Mr Greenwood began writing poetry as part of his therapy and the Standard reported on a poem he wrote about Skegness which made it into an anthology last year.

Since then Mr Greenwood, who no longer lives at Witham Lodge, has had several poems published and is currently working on his own anthology of poems.

He has also begun writing his biography which will be his first full-length book.
