Wednesday, 4pm: FORMER Chapel St Leonards parish clerk Patricia Marie Hibbert has been charged with theft and false accounting.
Police have charged the 47-year-old woman with two offences in relation to financial irregularities at Chapel St Leonards Parish Council.

Patricia Marie Hibbert, from Tavern Way, Willoughby was charged with theft and false accounting following an investigation carried out by Lincolnshire Police's economic crime unit into alleged financial irregularities at the parish council.

She was released on police bail and is due to appear before Skegness Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 14.
