Saturday, 9am - THE Jolly Fisherman will be joined by 100 mini Jollys at the launch of the Jolly Fisherman Trail on Wednesday, May 21.
One hundred pupils from Skegness Infant School, which is celebrating its centenary along with the mascot, will wear their favourite blue jumper, wellies and red scarf for the event.

A special guest from Calendar news will also join in the fun as Jolly leads the tour around Skegness' most famous landmarks, including the Tower Gardens and Compass Gardens.

The children will have the opportunity to see the special plaque which has been put in the gardens for their school.

After the launch at 11am, residents and holidaymakers will have the chance to follow the trail with a guide which is available free from the Tourist Information office at the Tower Gardens entrance.

The trail has been produced by a partnership of East Lindsey District Council, Skegness Civic Society, Skegness Town Council and Lincs Tourism.

The trail also forms part of the Walking Wolds Festival.
