WAINFLEET will be getting into the pantomime spirit next week when it hosts the Wainfleet Theatre Club’s performance of Sleeping Beauty.

The show will start its run at the Coronation Hall in Wainfleet this Saturday (January 21) at 2.30pm, with a second performance that evening at 7.30pm.

Further performances will also take place on Friday, January 27 at 7.45pm and Saturday, January 28 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

Seats may be pre-booked at Wainfleet Pets on the High Street in Wainfleet on 01754 880 235.

Concessions are available for OAPs, children and parties.

“It’s a very traditional family pantomime using a brand new and extremely funny script which contains all of the usual blend of characters and capers that you would expect from Wainfleet Theatre Club, “ said a spokesperson.

“There will be lots of audience participation, and a mention of many local people and events - but of course all done in the best possible taste.

“The whole show promises to be a real treat for everybody of all ages,” they added.
