All Star Wrestling returns to Skegness next week with a spectacular seven bout Embassy Centre programme to open a new local season.
Top talent from Britain will face stars from the United States and Japan in solo, tag team and knockout tournament action at the Embassy Theatre on Wednesday, October 23 at 7pm.
“Now into a 43rd year of presentations All Star’s 2013 summer programme saw over 250,000 fans watch the action in a crowded six week series - including regular visits to Butlin’s and Skegness,” said a spokesperson.
“Leading the overseas challenge at the Embassy, where All Star’s last event earlier in the year pulled in a packed crowd, will be P.N.Neuz, the 390 pounds ‘American Avalanche’ from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who is one of the world’s most travelled heavyweight stars with more than two decades of global battles behind him.
“On the tag front new Japanese pairing Hiromu Takahashi and ‘Devil’s Sword Dancer’ Kenbai make their debut (both pictured).
“The 27-year-old Kenbai takes his name from a North East Japan martial arts tradition and the pair are now bidding to make up for lost time after Takahashi arrived with a wrist inury sustained during a final Tokyo appearance and then needed an operation before he could begin his British tour last month.
“The Embassy line-up will feature a strong force of home talent headed by fans’ favourite Dean Allmark, who is looking to extend his reign as Superslam title and belt holder, although he is coming under increasing pressure from rivals including outspoken ‘Prima Donna’ Nathan Cruz and the 18 stone heavyweight force who styles himself as T.J. Stomper!
“Solo action, including a four-man knockout event, will also feature,” added the spokesperson.
Tickets are £13.50 for adults, £11.50 for children and £36.50 for families of four.
