A popular nature reserve near Skegness is set to give mums a treat on Mother’s Day.
The Point Cafe at Gibraltar Point Visitor Centre will hold a special lunch menu and guided walk on Sunday, March 10.
“Gibraltar Point (pictured) is the perfect place to treat your mum and enjoy the sights and sounds of spring,” said a spokesperson for the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, which operates the reserve.
“A special menu has been put together for Mother’s Day so you can enjoy a meal together in the heart of the nature reserve in the cafe.
“The award-winning Point Cafe serves delicious, organic, locally-sourced food.
“Before lunch, join the morning’s guided walk and be seranaded by some of our favourite songsters: blackbird, song thrush, robin and wren.”
The special menu will be served from noon until 2.30pm on Mother’s Day. Two courses are £9.95 and three courses are £12.95. Booking isn’t essential, but reserving a table is advised on 01754 897 845.
