GIBRALTAR Point Visitor Centre has announced plans for a series of photography workshops over the next few months.
The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust-run site will hold sessions on marine, nature and macro photography. It will also hold a session for beginners.
“Gibraltar Point prvoides a marvellous setting for wildlife and landscape photography,” said a spokesperson for the turst.
“The workshops will look at photographic techniques, getting to know your camera and top tips for photographing wildlife and landscapes.
“Advice and tuition will be provided by experienced professional photographers,” they added.
The first two-day session will be held on the weekend of March 17 and 18. It will look at British Marine Photography.
Based indoors and photographing with macro lenses or close focussing lenses using small purpose built tanks, the aim will be to work with a range of small fish and invertebrates, including spider crab, starfish, brittle stars, anemones and shrimp.
The course is £60 per person and only 10 spots are available.
