A ‘new and exciting’ hit musical featuring over 40 smash hits from the 50s and 60s is set to roll into Skegness this weekend.
Bobby Socks and Blue Jeans takes to the stage of the Embassy Theatre on Saturday, November 10 at 7.30pm.
And organisers are promising a ‘must see musical experience’ crammed full of hits from the 50s and 60s.
“Bobby Socks and Blue Jeans is a new and exciting live music production featuring over 40 smash hits, which stars some of the most celebrated and talented musicians and performers in the world of professional entertainment - performing the most popular music of the superstars of the fabulous 50s & 60s,” said a spokesperson.
“The electrifying show lights up the stage for over two magical hours with non-stop hit after hit after hit.
“It will bring back all those amazing and wonderful memories that every Bobby Socks Girl and Blue Jeans Boy cherish and never want to forget.
“This is the show of shows that brings audiences to their feet and inspires them to want to sing, dance and be young again forever!
“It’s a ‘must see musical experience!” they added.
Star of the show is Kytsun Wolfe (inset), whose diverse musical talents have been praised by critics.
His Cliff Richard musical stylings have also been lauded far and wide - including praise from The Shadows’ Bruce Welch who said: “It’s an amazing resemblance and a brilliant performance, Cliff would be stunned.” The Cliff Richard Fan Club’s Pauline Ludlam, added: “The audience believe they are at a Cliff concert.”
Tickets for the KW Productions’ musical experience cost £18.50 for adults, £17.50 for over 60s and £10 for children.
